Tally’s legal practice is founded on a balanced approach — ensuring that injured workers are treated with respect while simultaneously helping them return to work as soon as possible to mitigate costs. Her expertise includes handling Defense Base Act claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation claims, and subrogation matters at the state, federal, and appellate levels. She also represents clients in Texas state workers’ compensation cases.

A Proven Legal Mind with National Recognition
Tally is a double Tar Heel, having earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. In addition to her private practice, Tally has played a pivotal role in shaping legal discussions at the national level, previously serving as President and board member of the Department of Labor’s Joint Bar Association.

Beyond the courtroom, Tally is deeply involved in her local community in Pearland, Texas. She is the past-President of Women Leading Success, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting single mothers. She currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Pearland I.S.D. Education Foundation, helping to advance educational opportunities in her community.
