Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC Expands Closing Practice With Arrival of Dan Caserto and Scott Gazlay
Daniel G. Caserto and M. Scott Gazlay have joined Lueder, Larkin & Hunter’s closing practice. Dan is joining as a partner, and will be managing the firm’s Buford and Suwanee offices. Both Dan and Scott will be practicing out of the firm’s newly opened Buford and Suwanee locations.
Dan grew up in Westchester County, New York in the town of Somers. He graduated from Binghamton University, then went on to receive his law degree from Buffalo School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Georgia. He began his legal career with the law firm of King & Spalding where he was an Associate on the tort litigation team. After a couple of years as a litigator, Dan went onto practice real estate law where he worked with numerous builders and developers, conducted real estate closings, drafted covenants, contracts, litigated and formed community associations at Morris|Schneider|Wittstadt. Dan is joining Lueder, Larkin & Hunter from Morris|Schneider|Wittstadt, where he was a partner.
Scott graduated from the University of Georgia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. While in law school, Scott concentrated on real estate and business law. After graduating from law school in 2010, Scott took his first job as a closing attorney with Morris|Schneider|Wittstadt. Scott focuses his practice on title matters and curative, contract review and real estate closing transactions.
