Summer Ortiz is an associate in the Savannah office of Lueder, Larkin & Hunter. Her practice focuses on civil litigation defense. Summer was raised in Columbus, Georgia and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Thereafter, she graduated magna cum laude from Mercer University School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Summer was actively involved in the Association of Women Law Students, Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, and was president of the Hispanic Law Student Association. Following graduation, from 2021 to 2023, Summer gained significant trial experience in her practice handling divorce, custody and other family law matters in the Springfield area. While not at work, Summer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at their farm.
