The founding member of the firm, John Lueder, was licensed to practice law in Georgia in 1995. John’s legal career has been concentrated on community association law, liability defense, and litigation. John has also served on community association boards of directors and provides both legal and practical advice to our community association clients. Within our civil litigation defense and litigation defense practice areas, John is a seasoned litigator who reflects expertise, integrity, and professionalism.
John’s wife, Jennifer Lewis Lueder, joined the firm in 2023. John and Jen are in the firm’s community association practice group.
John’s novel, Daufuskie Island, was published in 2016 and is available where books are sold, including Barnes & Noble and Amazon. The audiobook of Daufuskie Island was published in 2017 and is available on Audible.
