Jennifer is a partner in the firm’s Buckhead office where she focuses her practice on general liability defense and insurance disputes. Jennifer has represented clients at trial, in mediation, and in settlement negotiations throughout the state of Georgia in both State and Federal Courts.
Jennifer earned her B.A. in Political Science and History with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude with High Honors. She then attended the University of Georgia School of Law graduating cum laude. While at the University of Georgia School of Law, she served as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and as a member of the Negotiations Competition team. Her note entitled “The Performance Rights Act and American Participation in International Copyright Protection” was published by the Journal in 2010.
Before joining the firm Jennifer practiced with a litigation firm in Atlanta focusing primarily on complex civil and commercial litigation, including litigation involving trademark disputes, breaches of contract, suits on notes, real property litigation, probate litigation, and zoning ordinance violations.
