Caroline joins Lueder, Larkin & Hunter as an Associate in the Charleston office. Her practice primarily focuses on state and federal workers’ compensation, including concurrent jurisdiction claims arising under the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
Caroline is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. Caroline graduated cum laude from The University of Alabama in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration, where she double majored in Finance and Economics. She went on to earn her J.D., and graduated magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2024. While in law school, Caroline was a member of The Transactional Law Team, where she served as the Chair of Internal Competitions, and placed first at Duke University School of Law’s annual Interscholastic Transactional Law Competition. She was also an active member of the Business Law Society, Women in Law, and Student Ambassador Program. Her scholastic achievements include being the recipient of two CALI awards, as well as being named a Presidential Honors Scholar and Dean’s List Member.
