Beverly O’Hearn is a Partner with the firm. Born in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, she was a member of the George Mason Moot Court Board, and its Managing Justice. Beverly has over twenty years civil litigation experience, and she has tried numerous cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, worker’s compensation claims and other personal injury lawsuits. In addition, she enjoys a substantial motions and appellate practice, and she is frequent participant in alternative dispute resolution. Beverly received Martindale Hubbell’s “AV Preeminent Lawyer” peer review rating, the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards.

Her practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury defense, insurance litigation, and workers compensation. Beverly also handles employment law disputes, commercial litigation and probate matters.
